Positive: The public areas had not been cleaned at all. There was fluff, dirt and debris on the staircase and the corridor leading to the room. The room itself was relatively clean but corners in the toilet needed mopping and vacuuming and the shower was not very clean.

Negative: It could have been cleaner

Summary: The location served our purpose but the property was not clean enough and was overpriced
