This 3 bedroom property is in the perfect location for exploring Worcester. The property is located in walking distance of the city centre (10 mins), as well as being close to the canal. Parking is not available at the property, but there are local car parks that we can recommend.

Entrance/Accessibility:

This property has its own private entrance from the front. Additionally, there is seating in the garden, perfect for a summers evening!

Kitchen Area

The kitchen has everything you need for a self-catered stay. We provide complimentary coffee, sugar, tea and milk. Additionally, there is a cooker/hob, microwave, kettle, toaster and all applicable utensils needed for your stay. If there is anything missing or if you have any questions about what is in the kitchen, please let us know!

Living Area
The living room hosts 2 sofas and a bean bag- enough seating for all! There is also a smart TV for you to catch up on all of your favourite shows. The living room is at the entrance of the property, leading through into the dining room.

Bedrooms

There are 3 large bedrooms in this home. The first two bedrooms are located on the first floor. The first has a double bed with plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe. In the second bedroom, there are 2 single beds with a hanging rail. On the second floor of the property, there is another double bed, with a dressing table and small WC.

Bathrooms

There is 1 bathroom located downstairs, past the kitchen- this has an over the bath, shower. Additionally, there is an en-suite, situated off the master bedroom on the first floor with the double bed. This also has an over the bath shower. Towels and bed linen are provided during your stay.
