1 Bedroom Ski Chalet in Chichester
Steps away from a beautiful lake, complimentary tennis court and woodland play area, this self contained, recently refurbished luxury chalet suite can be booked separately for two (we have a new double sofa bed in the chalet too which would suit one adult or two children) or as part of a combination of other superior Chalets and Cottage to provide accommodation of up to 21 people.
The space
The cottage & chalets can be rented separately or together providing the opportunity to accommodate from two people to a theoretical maximum of 21 people in all four accommodation (when using sofa beds and foldaways). The cottage & chalets all have two levels with the cottage having two double bedrooms, one double bed, and 2 twin beds, with an option of sleeping 3 children in the twin room with a foldaway and four further guests on sofa beds in the lounge whilst the chalets have one double bedroom and a sofa bed which can sleep an extra adult or two children. If you wish to use the extra sofa beds, we offer bedding for rental on arrival.
Guest access
There is a separate garden area that has seating for summer evenings, to enjoy al fresco dining and BBQ and Fire Pit rental is available.
Northlands has a beautiful outdoor tennis court, which, if free, you are more than welcome to use. Just let us know.
Northlands is a working farm and features miniature farm animals such as Miniature pigs, Miniature donkeys, Alpacas, Bar headed Geese, Shetlands and Pygmy goats giving our guests a chance to meet the animals which are often a few steps away from the cottage and chalets (or out in the paddocks).
Feel free during your stay to walk around the beautiful private parkland featuring lakes, farm animals, private woodland, childrens woodland play area and experience the wildlife.
Whilst we are a rural farm, we are very close (within a 3 minute drive) to Chichester and our guests benefit from being within the range for Deliveroo deliveries (Pizza Express, Gourmet Burger Kitchen, Wagamas, Giggling Squid, Zizi's etc)
Other things to note
Northlands cottage & chalet, with gates, security cameras and over 19 acres to explore is one of Chichester's most private & secluded accommodations. Great for access to Goodwood events which are only 5 minutes away in the car.
The cottage has a fully integrated kitchen with dishwasher and separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The chalets have a small cooker / grill with hot plates, plus toaster, kettle and microwave.
