You have a separate kitchen area to eat in. There is a microwave, a two hob hotplate, a fridge freezer and washing machine.
There is a separate toilet and a powerful shower!
Walk to the University (15 mins) or to get to the city you can walk (20-30 mins downhill) , or catch a bus nearby.
The space
The flat has unrivalled views with access to beautiful walks. The University is a 15 minute walk away.

Sorry no access to the rear of the property unless in emergencies.

We have 16 easy steps up to our door.
We also have a larger annex on the other side of our house. Look on Airbnb to view this!
Please note: the nearest shop is approximately 5 minutes drive or a 20 minute walk. We supply cereal, milk coffee etc but not enough if you are thinking of cooking a main meal.
