The space
An ideal location for your stay in Devon, an area of outstanding natural beauty, with easy access to major road networks and towns and rural locations such as Dartmoor & Exmoor National parks and the nearby coastal town of Teignmouth on your doorstep.

This home is a Colonial Bungalow annex with views over Haytor, in a quiet cul-de-sac. There are steps up to a patio terrace with your own front door. On entering, there is a bright entrance hallway, with plenty of room for your shoes and coats, as well as some drawers for further storage. To your left is a cosy lounge with patio doors out to the small terrace, where you can sit and enjoy the peace and quiet. Your bedroom has a King sized bed with plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe, and there is a decent-sized shower room with a clean white suite, underfloor heating and walk in shower. The kitchen has been recently redecorated and has all you could need to whip up breakfast or an evening meal, as well as a small table to dine at.

This annexed is perfectly laid out for a couple to enjoy a trip to Devon, or even a small group of 3 as we do have a sofa bed in the lounge. Please note, linen is not provided for this bed.
