Pillhead Cottage is a charming retreat located on a 130 acre working sheep farm on the side of a valley two miles from Bideford, Devon. Hosting three bedrooms; a double, twin (can be zipped link to form a superking), and a bunk room, along with a bathroom, and a cloakroom, this property can sleep up to five people. Inside you will also find a kitchen, dining room, sitting room with electric fire, and a sun room. On the ground floor there is a bathroom with shower and Wash-Hand-Basin toilet. To the outside is off-road parking for two cars, a lawned garden to the front, and rear garden with picnic bench and barbecue. 130-acre natural grounds and orchard with terrace sun loungers (shared with owner and other properties on-site). There is also a shared seasonal outdoor heated swimming pool. Pillhead Cottage has a private hot tub. Resting in a peaceful setting with lovely garden views, Pillhead Cottage is a unique retreat situated in a memorable part of England. Please note: Outdoor heated swimming pool, shared with other properties on-site, (15' x 30' x 4' to 5' deep) with paddling pool (10' x 9' x 1'6" deep), available from the Friday immediately preceding the last bank holiday in May to the first Friday in September, 10am-evening. Note: Unfortunately electric cars cannot be charged on site but there is a charging point 4 minutes drive away (Tesco)

Two well behaved dogs welcome, £20 per dog, sorry no cats. No smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile.
