This Stunning Villa is set in a beautiful countryside setting, in a Coconut Plantation. Our American style Kitchen, seems to be a winner for Ladies & Gentlemen, who love cooking, when they go on holiday. This is because the kitchen has all the mod cons necessary for cooking a tasty meal. Its large, design has an Oven; gas hob; microwave; fridge/freezer; Rice maker; toaster; kettle and all pans, pots, plates, and cutlery needed.to present a lovely meal for all your Family & Friends, Cool drinking water machine. 4-way Toaster, a cooling wall fan unit, also a breakfast bar Many people are concerned about the property's Privacy? The Villa's large garden, & swimming pool is completely private, no neighbors, also not overlooked by anyone. Situated only 12 Ks. (15 Minutes) from central Pattaya, with a direct motorway link into town. Taxis can be arranged for town visits beach etc. Cost is only 400 thb (approx. £8) Also a hire car can be arranged at a very low cost. The motorway is only 2 Kms. from the Villa. The Villa has 4 large bedrooms all having on suite facilities and all have air-con units, & overhead fans. Sleeping 11 adults in our 4 very comfortable bedrooms. The bedrooms all have air-con units + T.v. & Dvd Players. The lounge has 2 air-con units, Sat T.v. (55") Blue Ray Dvd. New Play - Station 4 with 6 games for play with games. & Children's Board Games. The property has an alarm system. Also a safe, (large enough for a laptop to be placed inside).The Car parking area has space for 4 cars. Private and very secure. Enjoy the outside sitting area for watching Tv, or eating, & drinking a cool beer, in the Bar Sala. A new Pool Table/ Snooker Table, has recently been added for your entertainment (free Play) also new is a Football Table for our customers to enjoy their stay with us. Listen to your favorite music played on our new music center, or sing- along to Karaoke with the surround sound system. 4 Sunbeds are provided by the swimming pool, (for sunbathing) also a large umbrella for shade. The swimming pool is the main feature of the garden; it is very large 12mts x 8mts with a circular sit down Jacuzzi (sun Shade over). The pool is children friendly, with a shallow area 3'-6" depth, covering an area of approximately 3 mts. by 8mts, with many pool toys for the children, so children are safe. Cascading into the pool is a stunning 12'High waterfall & a swim up bar, with stools in the water. In the evenings the garden is illuminated automatically, with lights highlighting the lovely tropical foliage. The swimming pool has Lcd lighting underwater, also waterfall colored lighting. There is also an outdoor toilet, changing room, and a heated shower. Smoking is permitted in the garden & Beer Bar areas (only). Enjoy the free Wireless internet facility Internet fast, having download speed, and is accessible in all the rooms, and garden area. 1) The Villa sleeps 11 persons, 1 extra person can sleep at a cost of 1000thb.( This must be requested to the management)
2) Guest are permitted to bring friends back. This must be requested! Please note, the person reserving the Villa is responsible for all guest that come back to the Villa. Any damage or losses incurred will be charged, from the security deposit.
3) When guests bring back friends a copy of their registration cards( and place of work) must be scanned by the management.
4) Guests are not permitted to stay the night and must vacate the premise by midnight.
5) These rules are to safeguard the owner of the Villa , and the person who has booked the Villa
6) Children under 14 years of age not to play on the pool table.
7) No smoking in the Villa smoking allowed outside
8) No glass or bottles in the swimming pool please!
9) Customers are given 100kwh. (100 units) Free per night. Any more usage, will be charged at 10 Thb per unit, a night..
