Positive: Extremely well situated in close proximity to Waterloo. Clean functional rooms, well thought out space and comfy beds. I think the stand out USP are the staff. Super friendly, helpful and efficient. We had cocktails in the bar and they were amazing highly recommend the tiramisu martini!
