Positive: Amazing quality for the price, must be best value in Laos! The room is very spacious, plenty of natural light, bed is comfortable and the whole place is sparkling clean and smells nice. Shower gets hot if you keep the water volume lower, same as everywhere with these electric heaters. There is a water dispenser with hot and cold drinking water on each floor and a shared terrace with a table. We loved the location - a few minute walk to the main street yet far enough from the craziness so it is very calm and quiet at night. The family working there is very nice, we also booked a bus to Vientiene with them for a great price. Great stay!
