Positive: -The location is great, very accessible. -You can see the sea just a bit, from the balcony, but for this price that is OK. -This is not that close and enough high floor vs. the music downthere (sometimes all day and night) -It is close to good restaurants, like the Oro (more expensive) and the Autoservire (cheaper), 24/7 shops and supermarkets (not far from the bus stop) -It is close to great beaches! -It seems to be a safe location. -The AC works well -Enough place to pack stuff inside -The door works well (3 'round' lock) -The elevators are good -The bed is very comfy

Negative: -The place has multiple entrances and if the guest/taxi arrives as a first timer at night, they cannot find the place easily. Everything is written inside and outside with dark paint or engraving... Not sure why this is the twisted logic instead of lighting. -No small lamp(s) next to the bed -The receptionist was kind to wait until we arrived with a well belated bus then taxi drive, but he was not really kind with us after we met with him. He might try to be a bit calmer and peaceful instead of questioning first timer guests (with low English) about everything. Note: almost nobody asked us in the Mamaia area how we feel ourselves, how did we travel, if he/she could help, etc - not even this receptionist was an exception. -Hot water was so-so there but OK -The glass at the balcony is very thin and not enough as a standard as an only protection layer -Microwave would be good too. Who cares if there is no TV (even more, in the age of intenret), but a Microwave sounds to be more a need. -A chair at the balcony must be changed -The bath has to be cleaned more, there are some stains and mold to be removed. Those look disgusting. -You cannot easily open doors of cupboards, etc... inside the place. The door opener (knob) is missing from the fridge. There are already Chinese fridge door knobs with sticker option and that should work here like a charm.

Summary: Just a bit of extra energy, fix and investment and it is 10*
