Positive: It felt like a home away from home. We loved the location, it's only a short walk from tube and busses. The flat itself is nice. It's on 3 levels, which we liked – seems quite traditional. It's very well fitted, it had everything we needed and even offered tea and coffee. The beds were comfy. And the outside area is cute. We were travelling with two kids and they liked it too. Nick was great to communicate with, he always responded quickly.

Negative: The kitchen counters and floors/carpets weren't too clean. Also it smelled a bit moldy in one of the rooms. But it was clean where it counted the most: bedsheets, bathroom & towels. We felt comfortable. You can hear the tube from the bedroom. It didn't bother us – we slept very well – but might be relevant to others. With all that said: we had a great time and would recommend this place.
