This light and spacious bungalow has one of the best front-row locations on Widemouth Bay. It enjoys stunning, uninterrupted sea views and is just a few steps from the beach.
The layout of the property is perfect for two families or an extended family. The house includes a large and airy open-plan kitchen and dining area, leading into a large living room with wonderful beach views.
It has five bedrooms, two bathrooms and a separate toilet. It has a lovely west-facing decking area to the front where you can enjoy the evening sunsets over the sea and a 30m garden to the rear, with outdoor dinning table and chairs, and a bbq.
Widemouth Bay and Bude
Widemouth Bay is a relaxed village on the North-Cornwall coast famous for its 2-mile wide, sandy, Blue-flag beach and incredible sunsets. It is popular with families, surfers and walkers of all ages. Local amenities include a fresh fish counter, restaurants, cafés and local shop; all within a few minutes stroll. The Bude area has its own microclimate and is often recorded as the sunniest place in the UK.
Bude is less than 3 miles from the property; a short drive by car or alternatively a pleasant walk along the coastal path. Bude has a high street with numerous independent shops and restaurants, a canal sea-lock and the Bude Sea Pool. At the British Travel Awards Bude has won the Best UK Seaside Town category multiple times.
The House
Living space consists of:
Living Room: Three large sofas and an arm chair, large smart television, wood burner and wonderful sea views.
Kitchen: Breakfast bar, built in oven, grill, microwave, induction hob and dish washer, American style fridge freezer, nespresso machine. Kitchen has pots/ pans/ utensils/ crockery/ cutlery/ etc. Seating comprises a dining table and chairs for 10 people.
Utility room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, henry hoover, ironing board and iron. This leads onto the garage where you can store surfboards and wet suits.
Hallway: plenty of cupboard space for storage

Bedroom 1: King-sized bed with chest of drawers. Stunning views of the beach.

Bedroom 5: Superking-sized bed and two built in wardrobes. Lovely views across garden and fields to the rear.
We provide bedding and bathroom towels.
Garden: At the front: West-facing decking with views of the sea. At the rear: 30m long garden with a 8m x 5m metre area of decking, with bbq.
We provide wifi, hairdryer, enough towels for 10 people and off road parking for 3 cars.
In the garage we provide a rack for surfboards and body boards, and a rail to hang your wetsuits.
Booking Availability:
From the end of May to the start of September, Easter holiday and half terms, we accept bookings in week-long blocks starting on Friday each week.
Off peak we accept bookings for 3 days minimum.
We ask guests to arrive any time after 4pm and, on the day of departure must leave by 10am.
Please note that this is a non-smoking house.
