To check our exact location, search AO Arena , as we’re just a stones throw from there. Our closest train station is Victoria station and it’s only a 5 minutes walk away. You can conveniently hop on the tram too which is also located at Victoria.

We have a washer / dryer which is convenient for those on longer trip. For families with smaller children, you’ll find a travel cot (please bring your own sheets), a high chair and some children’s plates & cutlery.
We are pet friendly but please don’t forget to add them as a guest as there’s an extra charge.
PROVIDED FOR YOUR STAY:
for convenience we’ll provide fresh linen and towels for each guest, iron and ironing board, hairdryer, shampoo and soaps, tea and coffee. A cot is also provided but we ask that you bring the sheets – please let us know in advance if you need a cot.
