The Pheasant Shed occupies a beautiful rural location on the south-eastern edge of the spa town of Harrogate, close to the Yorkshire Showground. Approached via a private driveway off Rudding Lane, the house offers spacious and airy accommodation with many picture windows and patio doors overlooking the surrounding countryside.
The entrance hall with glazed roof has a guest cloakroom and laundry room off with washer and dryer. The open plan-living area comprises a large sitting room with patio doors, large television, Scandinavian wood-burning stove. Through to the kitchen and dining area with large American style fridge/freezer with ice maker, dishwasher, coffee machine, wine fridge, hob and cooker.
There are three large superking bedrooms, each with their own shower or bathroom and patio doors. Two of the bedrooms can have superking or twin beds. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with free standing bath.
Outside is a small terrace and hot tub with views of the Crimple Valley and Beck. There is also ample parking. Logs for the stove and use of the hot tub (which needs cleaning and filling for each booking so needs to be scheduled) are both extras which can be added to your booking, please specify when booking.
