Compulsory gala dinner prices on 24 december 2025 and 31 december 2025 are included in the room rates for 2 people, extra person will be additonally charged by the hotel, any guests in excess of the maximum occupancy of the room, including children, will be charged separately, guest room renovation: from may 1 to july 31, 2025, the hotel will renovate ten guest rooms. the work will take place daily from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm. and will include hammering and painting. guests may experience some noise in their rooms and near the swimming pool for two to three days because one room is close to the pool. however, there will be no visual obstructions like scaffolding, swimming pool maintenance: the swimming pool will undergo grouting maintenance from september 1 to 30, 2025 with work conducted daily between 10:00 am and 5:00 pm. this project will be limited to the swimming pool area, minimizing noise and dust disruption to other property areas. the anticipated impact of dust, noise, and visual disturbances is minimal, rated at 1 out of 5. during swimming pool maintenance period, the hotel will offer complimentary access to the swimming pool at either the moon dragon hotel or u chiang mai hotel, which includes one-time complimentary soft drink per guest.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, in the event of an early departure, the property will charge you the full amount for your stay.
