The flat has just undergone an extensive renovation and we hope you love it as much as we do. The flat is on the ground floor of a picturesque character property, built in the 1850s and centrally located in the vibrant town of Totnes. The exterior has been freshly painted and the outdoor areas landscaped, while inside we've gone for a full renovation to try and create a stylish, modern feel. Enjoy the comfort of underfloor heating throughout the flat, newly insulated walls and new double-glazed windows for extra comfort.
Entering the flat, you will find yourself in a spacious and bright kitchen/diner, complete with a large round table that comfortably seats up to six people. The kitchen boasts modern appliances and ample counter space for all your cooking needs.
Both the master bedroom and lounge are equally spacious and feature a charming bay window with views of the front garden and the surrounding area.
The master bedroom is a spacious and peaceful retreat, furnished with a king size bed featuring under bed storage drawers, wardrobe, a vanity table, and a comfortable chair.
