Positive: The Beach Retreat was perfect for our week on the Isle of Wight with my partner and in-laws. We had plenty of privacy, with large bedrooms and ensuite bathrooms, and the full kitchen and living room was spacious and bright; the view was breathtaking. The area is wonderfully quiet, clean and safe. The accommodation was very clean, comfortable and the kitchen very well-equipped. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, feeling quite at home by the end.

Negative: It took a while to realize that the bathroom heat and fan had to be switched on from outside the bathrooms, with the fan switch being above the door and the heat switch being nearer to floor level. (There is a mention of this in the information binder; therefore this confusion was due to us not being from the UK, not a problem of the accommodation.)
