Please note that breakfast is available from 07:30 until 08:30 monday to friday (earlier upon prior request), car parking is free but space is limited at busy times, all rooms are strictly no smoking. any smoking will be subject to a gbp 100 fine, children under 18 years old must be supervised at all times. well-behaved children are welcome in the bar area, please be aware that family rooms are on the first floor and there is no elevator. rooms on the ground floor may be subject to some small steps, family rooms will sleep up to 2 children up to 10 years of age for a surcharge of gbp 15 each. there is also a charge of gbp 5 per child for breakfast. please inform the property if any of the guests are children, so the rooms can be set accordingly.guests are required to show a photo id and credit card upon check-in. please note that all special requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply, please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
