Open plan in design, the heart of the home is a fabulous dual aspect living room with kitchen and dining area where floor to ceiling glass showcases the magnificent views of the beach and sea. Sliding doors open to a sun-soaked wraparound balcony with furniture so you can savour drinks or meals while enjoying views over the beach and out to sea. Three inviting bedrooms create tranquil retreats after days spent surfing, walking or sunbathing. Two of the three rooms (including a fabulous master en-suite) have far-reaching sea views and their own access out to the balcony.
Situated between Watergate Bay and Newquay, Porth Beach is best known for its safe swimming and family-friendly atmosphere. Lifeguarded year-round, its shallow waters are ideal for young children to splash and play, and low tide reveals many rock pools for young ones explore. Just across the road, Roo’s Beach Hut has all your seaside essentials, from fishing nets and buckets to sun cream, while Café Coast, is a casual spot to enjoy a cream tea or an ice cream in the sunshine.
For those looking to catch some serious waves, Watergate Bay is just a five-minute drive north, while the iconic Fistral Beach is around 10 minutes away in the other direction. Newquay’s other terrific beaches, including Lusty Glaze, Tolcarne, and Great Western, are also close by, as well as the town’s many excellent restaurants, surf shops, and golf course.
