Summary: Phant Hotel is clean and comfortable. Its bare essential hotel and no graces or flashy stuff but it works and for the group we were with being able to park motorbikes or cars right outside room is an advantage. Local area is so so but do have Robinsons supermarket close and PTT gas station close. If your only in Surin for a night passing through and not intending to make vacation there then the Phant for the money is good value
