Please note that the guest house does not accept bookings from anyone under the age of 18. proof of age may be requested, the guest house does not accept bookings of more than four people, please note that this property cannot accommodate hen and stag parties. management reserve the right to charge a gbp 50 per person bond deposit for any groups accepted by prior arrangement. the deposit is refunded if no damage to property or the hotels reputation, any one bringing in unregistered guests into the guest house will be charged or debited gbp 100 per night and will be asked to leave the hotel without receiving any refund for remaining nights, please note that no rooms are located on the ground floor, please note reception is closed at 21:00. if guests are arriving late, please notify the owners well before the arrival date, the parking is free and there are enough spaces for all guests, however, it can be difficult to organize cars during busy periods. guests are kindly asked to be patient, booking.com does not receive the deposit, this is taken by the hotel directly, please note that the remaining balance is due upon arrival. american express is not accepted as a method of payment. if guests arrive early, they are advised to ring the doorbell to register any car for the car park, due to fire regulations, no cooking facilities, devices with large lithium batteries or portable fridges (coolers) are permitted in any of the guest rooms.please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. you can use the special requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation, payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. the property will contact you after you book to provide instructions.
