Positive: The host was very reaponsive and friendly. The most I liked that the staff came every day and cleaned the kitchen and dining area. Very big bonus for us. The pool is big enough and of course the view is the best than can be.

Negative: The cleanliness really didn’t fit my standards. All the showers and the sinks were cleaned without proper cleaning supplies. There was grease and water marks on them but even though they came to clean again after I asked I understood that they just didn’t know how to clean properly. Also a living room sofa and sunbeda outside need very proper cleaning. They had stains on them and really wasn’t inviting to sit on them. Some plants were dying and would need replacement. We were only a family of four, but if there are more people staying you would need more cutlery. Only 8 forks, spoons. This is too little for such a villa. On the ground floor there is a room for training but is was so so dusty. Hadn’ t been cleaned for ages. Overall if you would make these improvements the villa would be very great. Rooms are spacious enough and beds comfortable.

Summary: Villa has a great view and pool, but would need better maintenance.
