Summary: The room was cold with a small but capable electric radiator called upon to warm up a room with single-glazed windows. The breakfast was mostly store-bought items warmed up, except the toast and eggs and mushrooms which were nice. The orange juice was lower quality; another thought the coffee was instant. We got charged twice-- once through reserving with Hotels.com and the second time when they said they hadn't received payment. If it weren't for me going back to them with both receipts, we would have paid double.
