A two bedroom, two bathroom, a FOURTH floor luxury modern apartment in Horizon View with some of the most spectacular panoramic view available in Devon. Tides is UNIQUE in offering both direct sea views, estuary views and views across the village to Appledore with Exmoor in the distance. Tides is on the far Eastern side of the building with the largest L shape balcony within the complex. It benefits from morning sun until lunch time. Apart from having THREE sets of double doors onto the balcony it has a large porthole window to the side, offering fantastic views and even more natural light. The kitchen is again the largest in the complex with granite work tops, induction hob, microwave, feature lime green SMEG fridge freezer and plenty of storage. There is a solid oak dining table with four leather chairs where you can take in the spectacular views while having your meal. The master bedroom has a 5ft king size bed, built in wardrobes, solid oak chest of drawers, tv and en-suite. The second bedroom is at the rear of the complex and has two 3ft single beds. A washer dryer, high quality towels and bed linen are included. There is a secure underground car park with a lift to all floors, security gates and doors with video entry system.
A huge living area with TWO sets of French doors onto the balcony with direct views over Bideford Bay, the village, estuary, exmoor and Appledore. There is a 49" TV with Freesat and DVD. There is also a wide selection of DVDs to choose from. The main living area has two three piece leather settees with coffee tables and rugs. There is a separate area which has a huge tub chair where you can take in the fantastic views while reading, relaxing or just having a drink.
