Positive: The arrival information was clear and received early. The room was clean and tidy. The location was ideal for my needs.

Negative: The arrival information did not include detail about how to log on to the WiFi or use the TV. Whilst I tried to get this information out of the owner/management it was not forthcoming. Some of the walls have peeling paint, the bed does not fit the room so you are unable to close the door to the kitchenet/entrance without lifting the mattress. The room is very small (in fairness as advertised) and not really suitable for a 6ft 3", 210Lb male. Having a shower in a very small cubicle was very entertaining/challenging!! There was also a constant whining noise from the meter which proved to be very annoying.

Summary: The room was adequate but not one I would recommend for a guest of larger stature.
