Once the farmhouse to the surrounding fields, this property has been in family ownership for 100+ years. 4 Bedrooms (sleeps 7) & 2 Bath/Shower rooms. A really unique house with lovely secluded garden and parking. A new kitchen and woodburning stove have been lovely additions for 2022 season.
Location is great, just a couple of minutes walk from Porthmeor Beach and Tate St Ives, and with the Harbour less than 10 minute walk. If you like quirky, this is the property for you. The porch leads to hallway with lounge to left, with wood burning stove, and dining room to right, followed by kitchen to back of the house. Kitchen (new kitchen 2022) with Range, Belfast sink, American fridge/freezer with ice making facility, and dishwasher. From the Kitchen the back door leads to a partly covered Courtyard with the second shower room, with shower, basin and w/c. Also great when returning from beach to remove sand. Lovely large private, secluded garden with a decked area, to enjoy the last sun of the day. Several seating areas, with lawn , bamboo, & palm trees. A tropical feel, that children are going to love. From hallway up the stairs to bath/shower room, basin, w/c. Master bedroom with super king bed and glorious views over the roof tops across St Ives Bay. Three further bedrooms, one with king size bed, one with zip & link singles 3ft each, and final small bedroom with 3ft single. Maximum occupancy 7, in four bedrooms. All bedrooms have smart t/vs. Parking for 3 cars at most and unlimited Superfast broadband. Washing machine & tumbledryer located in Courtyard. Cot and highchair supplied. Please note during school holidays this property lets on a weekly basis, Saturday to Saturday, and 3 night minimum stay between Easter and November considered outside of school holidays.
