Positive: Excellent location, very comfortable flat, the rooms are ample and spacious. It was the hottest week in London and the air-conditioning was very powerful.

Negative: The cooktop was not working, completely defective. In addition to te rent payment, they asked me to make a caution deposit of £500, that would be refunded 7 days after check-out. After 20 days, no refund, so I called them, who told me theyd process it ans soemeone woild contact me. After 1 week, no return, so I called again and sent and sent an email to register it, when they said again thatb they'd process it and I should hear beck soon. But again no treutrn and no refund. Only afetr doing a 3rd call + email, already 33 days after check-out, they finally answered saying the refund would be done in 48hs, which happened 35 days after check-out.
