Positive: Comfortable bed, good air-conditioning, clean with easy walking distance to the beach. The family that owns and manages the facility are kind and helpful. The rooms are basic, but a good value.

Negative: Oddly, they do not provide bath towels, and although there were refrigerators and glasses in the rooms, there are no water boilers. And soap is provided but no shampoo.

Summary: Good value, clean, comfortable rooms close to the beach.
