Summary: I booked a king room, but the room is separated from the next room by what must me a thin door, the noise of the guy next door snoring was as if he was in the bed beside me. I got changed to a smaller room, but was still charged for a king room. After I settled my bill and left, I then found I had been charged for another night. Not great atoll
