Positive: The property far exceeded expectations. it was fantastic, we went for the races and it was next door to the race track. the property was definitely 5 star, couldnt fault anything and it was so comfortable. it had everything you could want and more. would most definitely recommend this property and wouldnt hesitate to stay there again if we are ever in the area again. The key box was so easy to gain access to the property and when leaving just as easy to leave the key in the box.. it was lovely and quiet with views of the racecourse and the river through the 2 very large patio doors. the large decking area was superb, with loads of outdoor furniture, but unable to use because of the weather, would be beautiful to just sit out and enjoy the scenery had it been better weather.

Negative: nothing it was all 5 star

Summary: a really exceptional stay
