Welcome to our tranquill and well equipped caravan. Furnished in earthy tones and natural textures, this 3 bedroom property is situated on the beautiful, well maintained 5 star rated Par Sands Holiday Park.
Just a 2 minute walk from the golden sands of Par Beach.
Accommodation
The caravan has 3 bedrooms, the first having a double bed, fitted wardrobe, bedside tables, dressing table with stool and USB plug sockets.
The other 2 bedrooms are both twin bedrooms with fitted wardrobes, bedside tables, usb plug sockets and a wall mirror.
In the lounge you will find a 3 seater sofa and a 2 seater sofa, side coffee table and centre storage pouffe. There is a tv with built in dvd player and a freesat unit.
The kitchen is fully fitted and comes with a 4 ring gas cooker and oven with grill, extractor fan, microwave, fridge freezer, kettle and clothes rack. There is a dining table and 4 chairs.
There are 2 bathrooms.
The main bathroom has a spacious shower, wash hand basin and toilet.
The second bathroom has a toilet and wash hand basin.
The caravan is complete with side decking and patio furniture and a further front balcony dexk accessed out of the double patio doors to the front of the caravan
Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. But please bring your own beach towels.
The caravan has full central heating and is double glazed.
WiFi is available at an additional cost and operated via a mobile app.
During your stay you will also have the use of use of the on-site leisure facilities, free of charge. There is a fully maintained indoor heated swimming pool, (this needs to be booked with reception), tennis court and football court. Also a pitch and put style crazy golf. There is also a playground for the younger children
You will find a beach cafe on site and a coin operated laundry should you require one.
The small town of Par is only a short walk away and is home to 2 pubs, a co-op and spar shop. Fish and chip shop, Chinese takeaway and kebab shop. Also a small post office if needed.
