Positive: The Zen Vila is located right in the middle of everything you want and need. The main street with all the shops and restorants is 2 min a way, and the great Zwn beach is 5 min walk (around the lake). The view to the lake is beautiful and gives you a a feeling of relaxation. The Vila itself is simple but nice and new. Good choice for a group of up to 6 friends or 3 couples (and the price is very fair for the location).

Negative: The Vila is not maintained very well and we had to ask for assistance more than a few times (bit to be fair they always responded fast and nicely). The pool is very disappointing. It is small and it is right under the open ☀️ almost all day long, so you can't enjoy it during the day. And at evening because of the lake outside, it is covered with mosquitos and other nasty flying creatures (so we almost didn't used the porch because of it)
