With your own private entrance and courtyard to the front, The Old Boot Room is adjacent to the farmhouse where the owners live. Inside, is an open-plan living space with a seating area, TV and a kitchenette with breakfast bar. There is one bedroom with a double bed, and a shower room. The quirks of the building remain to maximise the space – note the uneven floors.
The Old Boot Room is perfect for a cosy, countryside retreat. Located on a smallholding, you may even get to see some farm animals (if you are bringing your furry friend, please be mindful of other animals at the farm). A stone’s throw from the farm is the quiet, rural village of Llanfynydd where you’ll find the local pub – perfect to relax in after a day out.

Nearby, Llandeilo is a pretty market town with independent shops, cafés and restaurants. Carmarthen is a larger town where you can shop at the local centre and market, catch a movie at the cinema or hit a strike at the bowling alley! Beach 21¾ miles.
