Access to most of 9 acres of owners garden/land which is perfect to exercise yourself or your dogs. Near Instow. Bude and Hartland 30 mins, and easy access for shopping in Bideford or Barnstaple.
Great for Instow beach, Westward Ho! Etc
Lovely walks or biking along Tarka trail about 10mins away.

* CCTV - To protect your data, security and privacy we wish to inform you we have CCTV operating on the property which will capture your arrivals and departures in your vehicle. Please note there are none in the courtyard of the front of cottage, in the cottage itself, or at the back of the cottage. The cameras only cover the main drive and rear of our house. If you do not wish us to have the CCTV in operation during your stay please advise and we will delete any records of your stay
