Easy to get transportation through Grab application for taxi or get local taxi contact from the host and easy to order food or grocery delivery through Grab foods and Food Panda. We are located near Hua Hin Airport area, so it is about 5kms to main city of Hua Hin (Hilton Hotel in Hua Hin).
This is a beach front project with 2 Brs/2 Baths apartments (75 sqm) located on top floor 17th floor of new building, with panorama sea view (Amazing view like Paradise with strong winds, open apartment door and balcony during the day, as it is very safe building). Apartment is fully furnished with all amenities you needed it including drinking water filter, so you dont have to buy drinking water. There are 1 king bed in Master bedroom ensuite and 1 king bed in the second bedroom ensuite/sharing bathroom with 2 doors for second bathroom to allow living room to use the bathroom together with second bedroom. There is also a bunk bed in the living room (upper/lower is 3ft bed size). We can add one more extra bed either in Master bedroom or in the living room. There are 55 Inches Smart Curved TV and Sound Bar for stereo sound to watch Netflix/Youtube for free. There are nice fabric sofas and leather sofas, portable fan, dining table, kitchen, stove, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster and utensils. There are 2 restaurants at the beachfront, recommended for all travelers. The most important is the fiber optic WIFI privately installed for your private use with speed of 300/300Mbps.
The building provides free shuttle goft cart to drop and pick up at the beach with an infinity swimming pool, just tell the guard that please call goft cart to or from the beach to the building.
Free swimming pool, fitness, clubhouse, car park, Tennis court, Golf cart for use in compound, please contact security guard to get golf cart for you. Free WIFI with 300/300Mbps installed privately use in the apartment.
Please do not make big noise or party as neighbors can complain. This is strictly non-smoking apartment, so please do not smoke in the apartment, you can smoke in the balcony with balcony door closed.
The host does not stay in Hua Hin but can be contacted easily and fast responds through airbnb and social media. We have local staff to help you all.
Please note:
- Smoking is strictly prohibited in the apartment. Any cigarette odor in the apartment will be charged a penalty of 10,000 Baht.
- No Durian or Mongosteen consumed in the apartment due to its smells and colors on linens unwashable. Penalty of 5,000 Baht will be charged if do not obay.
- Water and electricity are included in price.
- Your guests are welcome in the apartment but please note that you will be held responsible for any damages/theft/misconduct caused by your accompanying party
- Pets are not allowed
- Do not throw tissue in the toilet bowls
- Loud music and parties are strictly prohibited, any use of drugs or illegal substances will not be tolerated and will be reported to the authority.
- Please keep all valuables in the lock box provided and keep all bags locked when leaving the apartment. Host will not be responsible for any loss or theft.
- You should leave the apartment before or at the check-out time stated. (Please contact host in advance for any possibility of late check out)
- Before leaving, you are obliged to leave the apartment in good condition, i.e. all waste should be correctly disposed of and the apartment tidied.
- Whenever you leave the apartment, please off the lights, air cons and water, we have full right to enter your apartment to off it when you go out. The main reason is to prevent any Fire accident, which you will be responsible in full.
