On the other side of the hallway, a washer/dryer is conveniently hidden away in its own cupboard. The cosy and comfortable living room to the rear of the cottage has ample seating and a dining area. A patio door opens onto a secluded, paved courtyard with a canopy over a veranda, enabling you to sit outside and enjoy some sea air whatever the weather. A gate at the bottom of the courtyard opens onto the cottage’s best kept secret – a pathway giving private access to the beach which is just a few minutes’ walk from the cottage. The attention to detail continues upstairs with two bright and airy bedrooms and a pretty bathroom with shower over the bath. A reserved, private parking space is just a few minutes’ walk from the cottage.
Pebble Cottage is in the heart of Felpham Village, made famous by the author William Blake. The village boasts several pubs, a range of places to eat or grab a takeaway, and convenient shops. A stroll along the promenade by the sea will take you past a number of beachside cafés, hotels and even the Bognor Butlin’s holiday resort. The historic cities of Arundel and Chichester are within a short drive and the attractions of Glorious Goodwood are all within easy reach.
