Positive: The place is clean and close to everywhere. Not too noisy and make the rest is exceptional. Toddy, the guy, is very helpful..He helped us with stuff that we need to find in Thailand. He is also very nice, informed us the best place to visit. Even booked the tour in the last minutes. Highly recommended for people who come and stay in Chiang Rai
