A private road leads to the villa, a modern thaistyle building with all conveniences and furniture of high value. Situated in a small privat community, surrounded by tropic nature, the villa offers an atmosphere of beauty and elegance. Sitting on the 90sqm terrace you can enjoy the soft wind of the ceiling-fans, the calm surrounding and a beautiful view to the sisterisland of Koh Phangan. The view connects the blue of the 50sqm privat pool (working with salt electrolysis) with the turquoise waters of the Gulf of Siam.
You will not often use the fully equipped american kitchen with a Nespresso machine (please bring your own capsules) because of the many typical Thai Restaurants nearby. In the sleepingrooms and the livingroom you can choose between fans or the coolness of the modern airconditions.
A third bedroom with a Queensize Bed is available. When booking for 6 people please ask the additional fee.
For your entertainment there is a 50 inch TV for international TV and also the German Wave, a DVD player and a Stereo System.
W-Lan is of course included.
In only a 3 min. drive (by car or scooter) you reach the white sandy beach of Bang Por. To feel always comfortable, you can park your car in a big, covered Carport directly next to the villa.
The golfers can enjoy one of the most beautiful 18 hole golf courses of Thailand just some kilometers away.

Summary: We were the first HomeAway guests to stay at this villa which is always a bit nerve wracking for me. We had not need to worry though as the villa exceeded our expectations. We were met at the pier by our host and escorted to the villa. The villa is modern, immaculately clean, has a wonderful view and has a private salt water pool which was the center of our time spent at the villa. The beds are king size and very comfortable, each bedroom with its own ensuite bathroom. Both bedrooms also open up to the outdoors and pool area making it very airy and spacious. There is a small third bedroom which shares a bathroom with one of the two larger bedrooms and was convenient for us to keep some of our overflow luggage. There were 3 of us staying at the villa and we had more than enough room. Wifi was excellent and a large flat screen TV was there with many channels though we didn’t' use it. I thought it was a good value with the private pool and ocean view as well as being new and well furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and had basics such as oil, salt, sugar, coffee, etc. The only thing to be aware of is that the villa is remote and located on a partly steep hill, combined this made it necessary to rent a car. If you are alone a 250cc scooter might manage but for us a car was an absolute must. The host arranged this for us at $ 24 a day which we felt was reasonable. I don't usually like to rent cars overseas but it worked out fine. Restaurants and the beach are just at the bottom of the hill, a 3 min drive. If you rent a car on your own or through the host the place is absolutely perfect. We loved spending lazy mornings in the crystal clear salt water pool and afternoons at the beach and back to the pool at night. We stayed several nights without any problem whatsoever. I have made this review particularly extensive as this will be the first review and I know I was worried until the minute I got to the villa about the accuracy of the photos and description with no reviews submitted yet so I hope this helps.
