Positive: Friendly hosts. Easy to find. Free parking. Well equipped kitchen (with exception, see below). Clean room. Quiet.

Negative: Couldn't use the stove in the kitchen because there was no gas. The water was a bit odd. The shower could be improved. Light from the street light outside bedroom window.
