Positive: The property is very unique and being a listed building, was an added extra, with some of the original features making the cottage so characteristic. I couldn’t help wondering just how much history was held in those walls! The cottage is very well equipped and we had everything we needed. The grounds were beautiful too and we enjoyed a nice walk both in the grounds and in the neighbouring meadows. We didn’t take our dog this time but would certainly do so next time. We could have easily stayed longer as it was so peaceful and just what we needed and expected.

Summary: A much needed R&R break away in a beautiful cottage.
