Positive: A beautiful view that you will miss immediately after leaving, waking up with that view is something you'd have to experience. The bed is of great quality and I slept really comfy. I was shocked by the wifi speed, it is faster than what I have at home, also the desk and office chair are well thought out and I enjoyed doing some work there. Beach is beautiful, very shallow and interesting to explore. Superb soundsystem in the cottage, you can connect to a 12" speaker with bluetooth. Owner has a restaurant as well with friendly staff that come to clean the cottage every day. The cottage really has that "home" feeling, I miss it.
Negative: As an athlete, a microwave would've been a gamechanger for me personally, heating up takeaway would save me time in the evenings when I am exhausted from training. I did underestimate myself here. Perhaps this could be added to the cottage, making it better than it already is. My only real disappointment was the motorbike rental affiliated with the glass cottage. After a smooth rental peroid where I only had an empty battery once- they claimed that I caused a tiny insignificant scratch on the bottom of the motorbike only visible when you shine a flashlight on it from a certain angle. I missed this spot in my pre-rental video so I could not disprove their claim and they took advantage of it. They held my passport until I paid. I paid without making a scene or whatever, but it felt like a scam, since no accidents, falls or misshaps happened during my rental peroid. I'm sure that the "damage" was pre-exisiting since the guy immediately went to check that part on the bike for some reason. I advice to rent a motorbike somewhere else...
