The FarmHouse sleeps 9 at Partridge Lodge is a beautiful traditiional brick house with conservatory for taking in the beautiful sunset's and optional AGA for sumptuos roasts.
You also have the Granary a cosy sleeps 4 bolthole overlooking the ponds.
There is a optional 'Hot Tub' available in the FarmHouse's private garden, an optional sauna and dog stay that can be booked.
Plus the Tennis court and Firepit in our grounds with exclusive use.

The FarmHouse - Sleeps 9+ infants It comes with an optional AGA for sumptuous roast, a wood burner and open fire in its two sitting rooms with french doors onto a private garden with swings and toys. There is a utility room with all mod cons as well as an open plan dinning room off the kitchen. While upstairs you have 4 bedrooms (one is en-suite including a shower) and there is also a family bathroom including bath shower. Two of the bedrooms have 2 singles in each and two bedrooms have doubles (one is kingsize). There is also an optional single bedroom downstairs near the kitchen which works well for elderly relatives or a teenager wanting some space.

Lastly a further king size bedroom ensuite overlooking the garden with decking sits at the back of the house. There is also a separate toilet, separate shower room and a separate family bathroom.
The Granary - Sleeps 4+ infants Comes as open living space with separate downstairs WC and dining table. While upstairs there are 2 beautiful bedrooms overlooking our pond with its wildlife. One bedroom has two singles the other has a kingsize with balcony. In-between these rooms is a family bathroom with shower bath, toilet and wash basin. There is also an enclosed decking area to the front with outside dinning including BBQ.
On arrival there is a welcome book with notes and advice with plenty of history and suggestions for the local area.
