Lavender Cottage is located a few minutes walk from the centre of Thirsk. Close to the cobbled market square with it's shops, restaurants, art galleries, museums and the famous Thirsk Race Course is just around the corner.
This two bedroom, two storey house can accommodate up to four guests and a maximum of two dogs. On the ground floor is a small hallway for boots and coats and then entry into the living room which has a smart TV, a sofa bed, two arm chairs and a bookcase stocked with a small selection of books. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and hob, a fridge/freezer, toaster, microwave and dishwasher (there is no washing machine on the property but we can provide laundry service for an additional fee or there is a launderette machine in town). Utensils and dinnerware are provided. Upstairs is a full bathroom with a bath and shower over. We provide soaps and towels. The main bedroom contains a double bed, dressing table and chest of drawers (hairdryer provided and linens) and a small wardrobe to hang clothes. The second bedroom contains a single bed and chest of drawers (linens provided) and a clothes rail.
To the front of the property is a small garden and to the rear is a fully fenced (under 6ft height therefore a muzzle and leash are required for dogs - no aggressive breeds please).
There is allocated private parking for one car available in the car park, along with on street parking directly in front of the property.
