This project was part of a broader urban planning project, also financed by them, concerning the rehabilitation of the alleyway that serves it or passed Phou Nheu and Nha Nheu, tutelary geniuses of the city of Luang Prabang, during the Lao New Year "Pi Mai".
It is located in the "village" of Ban Meuna, 10 minutes walk from the centre of Luang Prabang.
