Set in an idyllic, quiet rural location, Meadow View is less than ten miles from the stunning sandy beaches and numerous independent eateries along the North Norfolk Coast.
Converted in 2021 by award-winning local builders, Meadow View is one of just four barns forming part of the exclusive Jex Farm Barns complex. This beautiful barn offers very spacious, deluxe accommodation for up to four lucky guests. Entering the barn through the wide glazed entrance, you walk into a surprisingly spacious sitting room with two seating areas, a cinema-sized television and a wood burning stove to light when a cosy, warming ambience to boost a chilly day is on the cards. Arrow slit windows to either side of the stove frame picturesque countryside views. Steps down from the sitting room lead to a generous-sized open planing kitchen/dining room that almost runs the width of the barn and is flooded with light from both double bi-fold doors and Velux overhead skylights. The fully fitted well-equipped kitchen has top quality Siematic handless units, and Neff and Bora integrated appliances. Slide back the bi-fold doors, and enjoy an outside in dining experience. To the side of the kitchen is a rear lobby with a cloakroom. Returning to the sitting room, walk to the back of the room and a ground floor en-suite bedroom is tucked behind, and has the option of a super-king size bed that can be made up into full-size twin beds. Upstairs, on the first floor, is a further bedroom (king-size) also with en-suite facilities.
Meadow View is the ideal rural hideaway for a couple or two, as well as a small family. Midway between the Georgian town of Holt and the market town of Fakenham, Little Snoring is a perfectly positioned base for exploring both rural and coastal North Norfolk.
