They are two charming semi detached, single storey barn conversions, all on ground level with plenty of off road parking,set in the grounds of the owner’s home, just half a mile from the pretty town of Kington. Both Nuthatch and Wagtail have been decorated, equipped and furnished to a high standard. Each Includes a cosy open plan kitchen, dining and living area, comfortable king or a twin bedroom and shower room.
Both the apartments enjoy views from the front of the properties over the gardens, brook and fields beyond , they also have their own garden patio Nuthatch and Wagtail are ideal to relax and unwind.
There is much to enjoy in the area; this is an excellent base for walking and cycling as well as discovering the beautiful border region known as The Marches, with Offa’s Dyke, The Mortimer Trail and further afield, not forgetting The Black Mountains.
