1. Location/Location/Location: it is located in the very very very prime prime prime area of Bangkok downtown in the main tourist area (in Sukhumvit Soi 61, walking distance to Sukhumvit main road/Ekamai BTS station, where is the busiest entertainment area with 7-11/Family Mart/nice restaurants/ bars/ Disco/ Massage shop (Health Land)/Level Top Restaurant at Marriot 57/Thong Lor BTS Station).
1.1. With its location, it is easy to travel to and from all tourist destinations/shopping malls (we do have free shuttle to drop you to Major Cinema Shopping Mall/BTS Ekamai Station).
Walking distance:
-500 meters to main road of Sukhumvit Soi 61 (free electric cart shuttle to this location),
- 700 meters to BTS/Sky Train station and Bangkok-Pattaya Bus Station,
- 900 meters to Thong Lor BTS/Sky Train station,

This residential area is very very very quiet (good for family/working online with conference call), as it is located 500 meters away from main Sukhumvit road (staying near main road is too loud, due to the noise of motorcycles/vehicles and BTS Sky train, which operate most of the day), so our location is suitable for people/family with children, who look for quiet location with free shuttle to go to main road or even easy to walk to BTS (Ekamai Station).
1.3. We do provide Free Shuttle (Working hour: 9am to 6pm, except Sunday) to drop you guy from the building to Major Cinema Shopping Mall and then short walk to BTS Station.
2. One of very large renovated/well-maintained 2 bedrooms apartment with total usable area of 107 sqm available in downtown. There are 2 bedrooms, ensuite (bathrooms are attached to Master bedroom with bath-tub/shower and shower room in other bathroom). We have installed air purifer in each bedroom.
3. There are warmed ground floor Swimming pool and Gym.
4. We have provided Free Fiber Optic internet of 300/300Mbps to allow you to work from our apartment.
5. We do provide private slot Free Parking on the ground floor.
6. We are very near to Sukhumvit Soi 63, where there are well known entertainment center with varieties of restaurants/bars/Massage shops and convenient stores.
7. Electricity and Water are inclusive so no hassle of how much electricity/water consumption.
9. Free unlimited drinking water from our water filter.
10. Easy to contact the Host for any help/issue or any unhappiness, the Host and his team member (more than 3 members to support you) will find the best solution for you. By writing review without letting Host to find solution/solve your problem/issue/unhappiness for you during your stay, it does not give any benefits to both of us.

It is located on 8th floor of 8-storey building with large living room, dinning area, full kitchen facilities with private washer and dryer in the apartment.

The location is very convenient to travel by both BTS stations (Ekamai/Thong Lor Stations). We do provide free shuttle to drop you off to the main road at Ekamai Major Cinema Shopping Mall. Top floor corner unit facing front building and pool with 2 bedrooms/2bathrooms: Master bedroom with king bed, large walk-in-closet and ensuite bathroom, second bedroom with 1 King size bed next to second bathroom. Plus air purifier in each bedroom.
The apartment is fully furnished in a modern design and free shuttle service to main road.
Free gym, free swimming pool, garden with sundeck and free shuttle to main road.
Please do not throw tissue paper in toilet bowls and do not smoke in the apartment, please do smoke on 8th floor at balcony (with balcony door closed) or near swimming pool area or at car parking area. Smoking in the apartment will cause bad odors in the apartment and penalty of Thb10,000 will be levied to your account. Many travelers are traveling with children and they can not bear the smoking odors (please help to try to keep our building smoking free, good for your health to stop during your vacation, if you can). God blesses you all for stop smoking.
I do have my family member/staff to assist you and your family during your stay, so you can contact them at office or contact office staff for any night issues caused.
