The Apartment itself has been designed to the highest specification with meticulous attention paid to every detail. A brand new fitted kitchen with built in, Smart oven and microwave. dishwasher, wine cooler and fridge/freezer, with an open and bright living/dining space, a large smart TV and Sofa Bed. A brand new, designer family size bathroom, 2 large double bedroom's, boasting a smart tv in each, a stunning Ensuite shower room, floor to ceiling built in mirrored wardrobe and a desk/working space.

Here's a list of decorum we'd like you to maintain during your stay at the property. We'll thank you in advance to kindly abide by all the house rules and ensure a pleasant experience all around.
No Smoking - It's not allowed to smoke on the property or any of the public areas associated with it. Keep your lungs clean and healthy.
No Noise - Have fun but keep the voices down to ensure you are not the cause of any noise between 10 PM - 9AM. Avoid -hedidit, shedidit syndrome and the complaints coming in. Indoor voices. That's the way to play it!
No Party or Events - We all like a good party (throwdown!), but no haha; this is not the place for it, do don't do it! We'll all get in trouble, and fined! 2000 GBP is a heavy price to pay, so party proverbially in the spirit and keep the vibes naturally high!
No Pets - We love our furry companions, but as per our set-up, it's not allowed, so kindly do not bring any pets on the premises.
No Drugs or Consumption of Intoxicating Substances - Keep your body clean and happy 101 - Say NO to drugs!
No Re-let/Sublet of Pluxa Property - What can we say, it's happened before and so that past is not a repeat of the future - it goes on the list! This experience is for you, and you alone.
For your own safety - Kindly do not light any fires or candles on the property. The internal heating and warm blankets will suffice.
Take care of the place like you would your own home - The property is for residential purposes only. Not for parties or gatherings. If, on arrival, it is felt the guest is intending to use the property for such an event, then there will be consequences. Yikes!
Wet Items - Please do not hang or place any wet/damp articles of washing upon any room heater. It's a potential fire hazard, and we'd rather you be safe and enjoy your stay at leisure.
Kindly do not use the phone or fax line connected to the property. If you must, you have to check with us first.
The guests must follow the instructions in the house manual of the property. Duh-huh! But yes, it goes on the list too!
And finally, you, our wonderful guests are responsible for caring for the property and its contents. The property and all equipment, utensils, furniture, etc. is on lend for the duration of your stay and must be left clean and tidy during check out from the apartment.
