Our home is located on the northern fringes of Bangkok in a Thai neighbourhood. Don Mueang airport is 27 km and Suvanabumi airport is a 30 min drive away. There is a shopping mall within 5 min walk. Her you will find a Hyper market. Banks. Chemist. A KFC. Pizza. Coffee shop. Thai style restaurants and other outlets. There are bus stops and taxi ranks next to the mall. A typical taxi fare to city centre would be baht 250. A 5 min. walk from our home in the other direction you will find a post office with Weston Union, a 'Home Pro' store with restaurants and ATM. A night club and restaurant are on the other side of the road. Safari World and Dream World (two main attractions) are 15 min drives away. A 10 min walk will take you to Wat Chaeng Lam Hin or the big big buddha where you can explore the grounds or feed the fish in the khlong. Just a two minute walk brings you to the complex swimming pool and gym. Adjacent to this is a hair salon, massage and spa parlour where you can relax with a traditional Thai massage. For the sporty ones of you Thai Wake Park is only 10 min drive (6 km). 2 golf courses are just 10 min. A hospital. Fashion Island. Sunday market. Are all within 15 min drive.
Our home is welcoming and relaxed, set in a secured complex, a few minutes walk from the main road. the house has four double bedrooms each with their own bathroom. Two rooms have their own private balcony and one room shares a balcony with a single room. The main entrance leads into the living area where you will find a TV sofa, small dining table, pool table, desk with printer/copy machine. Leading off of the living room is a bedroom, shower room and kitchen. The kitchen comes with microwave, kettle, dishwasher, cooker etc. Next to kitchen is the Thai kitchen where your host can teach you how to make some favourite Thai dishes. Outside there are tables for dinning on the patio where we BBQ on many occasion. A fish pond and swing are in the garden where you can sit and relax in the quiet surroundings. We want your stay with us, a time to be remembered. You will feel welcomed as soon as you enter our home, Your host can help with your travel plans. Even give you Thai language and cooking lessons. we can advise on places to see and visit, and help with your onward journey.
