Summary: Staff were friendly and accommodating. However, the hotel is very run down. Stayed here a couple of times (on stops) and the wifi never seems to work or be adequate. The first time the tv never worked, and the second time the remote needed changing. The TVs are super old. There are no phones in the room and so whenever you require anything, you have to walk all the way to reception. The biggest issue I have had on all my stays is the thermostats do not work and so even though I set the temperature to 28 degrees, the rooms never became warm (not helped by the single glazed windows). I have tried to call ahead for early check in and no one ever answers the phones / responds to emails. Overall a hotel in need of a renovation.
